Service Description

Join Zofi Lipton for a 6-week hands-on experience, that will cover and build a foundation of handbuilding techniques including coil, pinch, slab, & glazing. You'll leave this session with a solid understanding of the full process from initial building to final glazed work. Beginner-friendly, all levels welcome. What’s included in the price of the class: Clay, basic underglazes, glazes and kiln firings There are no make-ups for missed classes or extra studio time, unless otherwise specified. About Zofi Lipton: Zofi is a Brooklyn-based ceramicist and owner of Bushwick Ceramics. She works mainly in porcelain, hand building all of her pieces and hand painting them with delicate patterns. Zofi’s ceramic are available at a number of retail stores in Brooklyn and Manhattan. One of her bestselling designs are her leg cups. She loves working in multiples but all of her objects are carefully crafted and one of a kind.
